Welcome to FXCK CLOTHING. This website is operated by FXCK CLOTHING OÜ, a company registered in Estonia (Registry Code: 17247437). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to FXCK CLOTHING OÜ.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. General Conditions

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Print-on-Demand & Product Accuracy

Our products are manufactured using Print-on-Demand (POD) technology.

  • Mockups: We strive to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate to the physical print.

  • Variations: Minor variations in print placement and color intensity are inherent to the POD process and are not considered manufacturing defects.

3. Modifications to Prices and Service

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice.

4. Order Cancellations & Changes

As per our Return Policy:

  • You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to request a change or cancellation.

  • After 24 hours, the order is locked into production and cannot be altered or refunded.

  • Requests must be sent to info@fxckclothing.com.

5. EU Consumer Rights & Returns

In accordance with EU law regarding "goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized," the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to our print-on-demand products.

  • Returns: Only accepted for faulty or damaged goods.

  • Faulty Items: Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery to info@fxckclothing.com.

6. Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. You are responsible for any customs duties or VAT applied by your local authorities upon import.

7. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of FXCK CLOTHING OÜ and protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use of our designs is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Estonia.
