Return & Refund Policy

At FXCK CLOTHING, every item is printed and or manufactured specifically for you once you place an order. Because we do not hold inventory, we maintain a strict policy regarding returns and exchanges.

1. No Returns or Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for "change of mind," incorrect size selection, or buyer’s remorse. Please consult our size guides carefully before finalizing your purchase.

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

The only exception to our "no return" policy is if the product arrives faulty or damaged. We take pride in our quality, but if we missed something, we’ll make it right.

  • Criteria: To be eligible for a replacement or refund, the item must have a manufacturing defect or have been damaged during transit.

  • Process: You must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please email info@fxckclothing.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage/fault.

  • Resolution: Once the fault is verified, we will issue a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

3. Order Changes & Cancellations

We move fast to get your gear into production. You have a 24-hour window from the moment you place your order to request any changes (size, address, etc.) or a cancellation.

  • After 24 hours, your order is sent to our production facility and cannot be changed or canceled.

  • To request a change within the 24-hour window, contact us immediately at: info@fxckclothing.com


Important Notes:

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Returned to Sender: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to resend the item.
