Shipping Policy

At FXCK CLOTHING, we don’t just pull items off a shelf. Every piece is made-to-order especially for you. This "on-demand" approach helps us reduce textile waste and ensure you get a fresh print every time.

1. Delivery Timeline

Because your items are custom-printed, the total time to reach your doorstep consists of Production Time + Shipping Time.

  • Standard Delivery: Most customers receive their orders within 4 to 14 business days from the date of purchase.

  • Production: It typically takes 2–5 business days to print and quality-check your gear before it leaves the facility.

  • Shipping: Once dispatched, transit usually takes 2–9 business days depending on your location.

2. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update once you receive the notification.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.

Note: If you order multiple different items (e.g., a hat and a hoodie), they may ship in separate packages from different facilities to ensure the fastest delivery.

4. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.

  • You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to notify us of an address error at info@fxckclothing.com.

  • After 24 hours, if an order is sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we cannot redirect it, and a reshipment fee will apply.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

FXCK CLOTHING OÜ is based in Estonia (EU).

  • Within the EU: VAT is handled at checkout in accordance with EU regulations.

  • International (Non-EU): For orders shipped outside the European Union, your package may be subject to import duties and taxes (including the 2026 EU customs reforms for low-value goods). These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact us at info@fxckclothing.com and we will investigate.
